1.除了高丽菜、干贝、鲍鱼,先将所有其他材料用素蚝油拌炒,备用

Steam(2)for 50 minutes.4.蒸好后将菜根缺口朝上放在盘子上,拿刀切成开花的样子

to make a flowery pattern.5.上桌前再用蒸盘剩馀汤汁勾芡均匀淋上,可更添浓郁风味
