　　Jin: What did you decide? 　　Pat Jr.: We have a lot of details to discuss, but I think it's workable.
　　Jin: I'm happy to hear you say that.
　　Pat Jr.: I can give you a cash boost to help your start-up costs, maybe twenty percent.
　　Jin: That would be terrific!
　　Pat Jr.: And 1 I'll go fifty-fifty with you on the advertising. Is that OK?
　　Jin: That would be generous of you. How about the franchise fees?
