STEALING THE BELL
When Fen Jishe was defeated, there was a person who stole his bell and fled carrying it on his back. The bell gave out a resonant peal. This thief, fearing that other people would hear the sound of the bell, quickly covered his own ears. To abhor the fact that other people might hear the sound of the bell is understandable; but how ridiculous of him to cover up his own ears!
