　　Nowadays， unemployment becomes a common phenomenon， and the number of unemployed people is increasing in China， This is an inevitable result of the reform of the state-owned enterprises， which makes work more challenging and competition more intense， The laid-off people consist of both eider-aged and young workers， who are not skilled and not educared enough to compete with others， But even some managers in large companies will lose their jobs if they don't work hard enough.
