Much fertile land is lying before you for cultivation； many precious mines of gold and silver are for you to explore； many railways for you to build； and many steamship lines for you to open. Natural resources should be developed. What an ever brilliant fame is in store for you！ What a termendous task is laid upon your shoulders. Accept the task， and accept the fame. Young men： pay attention to this. Forward！ Forward！
