需要动动脑筋的语法填空

本文结合平时语法填空中遇到的题目和高考题，主要从四个方面分析那些不能一眼做出答案的题目。换句话说，这些题专治做题不动脑子。

1.需要关注文意的题目

这种类型的题最难做，在考场上大家无心关注整个句子的意思，导致频频失分。

Often we get into trouble because we jump to conclusions ________ understanding all the details.

该空格没有提示词，应该用介词冠词或者连词。

先排除冠词，understanding一般用在have a understanding of sth 中，此句不符合这个结构。根据文意应该填without。

They(大象幼崽) were too young to deal with the hidden danger in the wild ______ the protection of adults.

此句学生可能填at，不关注文意导致的问题。without 为正解。

记得以前考过把like 变成unlike，也挺好，原题已不可考据了。

2.看似固定短语 却没有任何关系

Part of the public will be dispersed along the bankds of the Seine in ticketed stands while the rest are able to take part ____  free.

如果不动脑筋，就填in，其实是for free。免费参与。这个陷阱挖得好。提醒那些忙于做题不求甚解的学生脑子要转一转。

3.明明是固定搭配，偏要羞羞答答

​固定搭配要考，考的角度不同，云山雾罩，一定要拨云见日。

There is something in the ability of comfort foods ________(arouse) belonging and memory.

ability to do固定短语，中间加了一个介词短语 of comfort foods ，忽略这是短语 ability to do 呼之欲出。

Studies show that food we think of _____ comfort food don't contain any magical properties.

此句虽短从句多，仔细分析没有错。show之后是宾从。宾从主语是food，谓语don’t contain.中间是定从。难就难在固定搭配think of……as 。

To investigate the influence of this case ____ children's sight, researchers tested the eyesight of 709 children in Hong Kong at the start of 2020.

此句与ability相同。influence on sth浅显易懂，加of this case ，把亲密无间的短语活生生拆开了，不认真看，无法把握两个词之间的众人皆知的秘密。

4.谓语动词过去式偷偷摸摸地考

2022年新高考I卷

The plan will extend protection to a significant number of areas that nbsp;___58___(be)previously unprotected, bringing many of the existing protected areas for giant pandas under one authority; ___59___(increase) effectiveness and reduce inconsistencies in management.

2021年全国甲卷

TheXi'an City Wall is the most complete city wall that has survived China's long history. It ___41___ (build) originally to protect the city ___42___ the Tangdynasty and has now been completely restored (修复).

2021年新高考I卷

You can’t help wondering how hard it ____61____ (be) for the people then to put all those rocks into place.

Dr Steven Batman ，an alternative medicine practitioner in the 1990s，first _____ (invent) the way word "orthorexia" in an essay published in the magazine Yoga Journal in 1997.

这四个题，提供了四个用过去的提示词，originally ，previously，then，first。

你能看出来哪个词决定了句子的时态了吗？
