大家好，我是《世界文化艺术联合总会》的创办人兼全球总顾问陳光億，我谨代表140个国家与地区成员国的主席团及个人精英们，祝贺由哥伦比亚太阳基金会创办人索尔·玛丽·瓦伦西亚·阿塞维多博士，在“三八世界妇女节”来举办这全球性的活动，希望也借此节日中缅怀并感恩伟大的「诺贝尔」和平奖得主特蕾莎修女圣人，给大家带来和平与爱，希望在节日中能帮助及赋予世界上所有其他妇女擁有自己的权力与勇气，向特蕾莎修女圣人看齐。

Dear all, I am the【FOWCAAS】 Founder Global Chief Councillor, Grand Master Jason Tan Beng Siang. On behalf of the bureaus and individual elites of the 140 member countries and regions, I would like to congratulate the Founder of “Foundation El Sol” Dr. Marie Valencia Acevedo, on holding the global event on "March 8th World Women's Day".
