Cayman Chemical FABP6兔单克隆抗体37084背景:

脂肪酸结合蛋白6(FABP6)是细胞内脂质结合蛋白(iLBP)家族的一员,在胆汁酸稳态中发挥作用。它由10条反平行的β链组成,形成含有脂质结合位点的β桶,主要在回肠的肠上皮细胞中表达,FABP6结合胆汁酸和脂肪酸,并与回肠胆汁酸转运蛋白相互作用,以帮助胆汁酸吸收,促进胆汁酸的细胞内运输,大肠癌患者血清FABP6水平升高,手术切除癌组织后降低。FABP6T79M与肥胖个体2型糖尿病风险降低相关。
