一、错误原因是什么？

Qt所需要的东西不在环境变量中，这里是qt的插件环境变量

二、解决办法

找到python的路径，点击 \Lib\site-packages\PyQt5\Qt5\plugins\platforms
将该路径添加到环境变量中，变量名设为
QT_QPA_PLATFORM_PLUGIN_PATH
E:\osg\work\infraRenderV1.6_T90_sportTrace_20220527\3rdParty\Qt-5.12.4_vs2017-x64\plugins

重启电脑即可！

终极解决方案

当配置了QT_QPA_PLATFORM_PLUGIN_PATH
E:\osg\work\infraRenderV1.6_T90_sportTrace_20220527\3rdParty\Qt-5.12.4_vs2017-x64\plugins
这个环境变量以后，发现机器上的所有QtCreator版本都不能运行了，那该如何解决呢
1.首先删除掉这个环境变量
2.然后安装Qt-5.12.4，当然要根据InfraDemo.exe所需要的版本下载对应版本，因为我这里用的是Qt-5.12.4
