“经济适用房”

北京市新的廉租房和经济适用房管理办法28日起实施，宣武区陶然亭街道207户住房困难群众有幸成为保障性住房政策调整的第一批受益人。那么，“经济适用房”怎么说呢？

　　这里，“affordable house”就是“经济适用房”；廉租房可以说“low-rent house”。
